How do I schedule an appointment?
Go to Services and click on any of the links to get the list of options. You will be taken to a calendar to pick your appointment type, date, and time. Once your appointment is booked, you will have Forms to complete. Labs will be ordered (for US clients) based on medical history. If you are international, then a list will be sent to you for you to obtain locally. Lab should be done at least 2 weeks in advance of your appointment. If you would like to be sooner than the first available appointment, you will still schedule your appointment but you can get labs done sooner and once available you will be put on a cancellation list. If you opt to buy a package, you will still schedule your consultation visit the same way. You will not be billed for the visit.
What if I don’t know what appointment type I should schedule?
If you are unsure how you would like to start, please schedule a Discovery Call so that we can review your health needs and assess best first steps, but if you would like immediate medical advice, the best first appointment would be a basic Consultation or a Consultation with Comprehensive Lab Review (we will order labs if needed to get done prior to appointment).
What if I don’t know what lab panel I need?
Most clients opt to review their case on a Discovery Call so that the urgency and necessity for certain labs can be assessed and ordered. But you can also book your Consultation with Lab Review and complete your forms and we will review the information and order the appropriate labs for the first visit. After the initial lab review, we may determine that you would benefit from more in-depth testing which would be discussed at that visit.
Are the appointments covered by insurance?
We do not take insurance. Appointment fees will be based on appointment type scheduled. See Services page. These fees do not cover lab testing.
Are the labs covered by insurance?
The labs and specialty tests ordered are self pay.
Can I use my Health Savings Account credit card for payment?
Yes, for both the Kess Rx fees as well as lab/test costs.
Do you have online visits?
Yes, all visits are online.
